Day 3

This has been a difficult day. Yikes. I woke up starving. I had a grapefruit and a cup of coffee. I think the coffee worked against me in that it seemed to speed up my metabolism or something. I was miserable. I drank plenty of water throughout the day (1/2 a gallon) and took all my vitamins:

Probiotic
Multi-Vitamin
Calcium
Potassium
Fiber

For lunch I had a salad. 3 oz of chicken with an entire romaine lettuce. I still felt starving. I think the reason for this is all the overeating the 2 days before had stretched my stomach and I just had this hallow feeling. For dinner I made a soup with lean beef and vegetable broth. It contained tomatoes and cilantro and lots of spices. I know you are not supposed to mix vegetables but I guess cilantro is a "spice".

After dinner I got the worst headache I have ever had in my life. It just hit me. I took 8 baby aspirin but it did nothing. Since I don't usually take pain relievers, 4 usually does the trick for me. So I decided to head straight to bed. I'll let you know how it goes tomorrow.
